What FeastQuote is

FeastQuote is an introduction service. Organisers describe their event; we deliver the enquiry to approved caterers covering the area; caterers respond with quotes. Any booking that follows is made directly between the organiser and the caterer. We are not a party to that contract, we do not handle the payment for the catering, and each caterer is responsible for their own food, pricing, insurance and legal compliance.

For organisers

Requesting quotes is free. Submit real enquiries for real events only; we remove enquiries that appear fraudulent or abusive. Your contact details are shared only with caterers who respond to you. Choosing a caterer, agreeing a price and paying them is entirely between you and them, and we recommend confirming details in writing.

For caterers

Listing requires registration and our approval, and we may decline or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for unresponsiveness, misconduct or misrepresentation. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, prices exclude VAT, and current prices are always those shown on the pricing page (from £39/month at the time of writing). A response is consumed only when you send a quote; viewing enquiries is free on every plan. You may cancel at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period.

The founding caterer offer, where granted, holds the founding price for 36 months. Where a founding account starts free until two booked events, billing begins only after we have verified the second booking.

Marking an enquiry as won must reflect a genuine booking. We verify wins before they count for anything, and fabricating outcomes is grounds for suspension.

Reviews

Reviews can only be written by organisers whose booking we have verified, and are moderated under our reviews policy. Caterers cannot pay to alter, remove or reorder reviews.

Liability

We provide the introduction service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any number of enquiries, responses or bookings. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, food or services of any caterer or organiser. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to registered caterers by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
